Instructions For 30-Day Refund

Within thirty (30) days of receipt, contact us via email to communicate your desire for a full refund, including a letter in which you state your name and the reason for the refund to info@iwound.ca. Refunds may take up to 21 days to process after your return is received.

To schedule an appointment with an iWound Solution Specialist, you must have a valid payment method on file. Once the visit is complete and the iWound Solution Specialist has provided the customer with an educational care plan, the visit fee will be collected. Up to 30 days after the completed visit, a transaction may be eligible for a refund. Following this time period, iWound will not review or refund captured payments.
